Shaykh Arif Abdulhussein participates and contributes to the Birmingham Council of Mosques forum

Shaykh Arif participates and contributes to the Birmingham Council of Mosques forum on 11th May 2017 at the Birmingham Jame Masjid, Handsworth. The BCM is a newly formed organisation with the aim of bringing the different mosques in Birmingham together, sharing resources, and learning from each other.

The meeting included a spectrum of mosques and issues discussed varied, including how to provide support to each other in helping individual and also wider communities in the different problems faced today. The meeting also included the sharing of experiences by different members regarding their providence of support in their respective centres, and also how to take it forward.

The next meeting will be held at the Al Mahdi Institute to further the discussions and to set out a plan of action
