Students admitted to the Full-time Hawza programme typically hold an undergraduate degree, although this is not necessary, the normal minimum entry requirement of A-levels or equivalent can suffice. Admissions are subject to the assessment of applications and some students may be invited to attend an interview to determine suitability for scholarships. Students applying for the full-time hawza programme must also be able to read basic Arabic and be fluent in English Language.
Students applying for part-time modular studies must be able to read basic Arabic and be fluent in English Language for successful entry on our entry-level modules. For entry on any other modules, students are advised to ensure that they fulfill the module prerequisites for their chosen modules before enrolling.
