AMI’s Dr Ali-reza Bhojani contributes to MA module at The Markfieled Institute of Higher Education

On Wednesday 9th November 2016, AMI faculty member Dr Ali-reza Bhojani contributed to an MA module in ‘Sira of the Prophet’ at The Markfieled Institute of Higher Education. He delivered a lecture on ‘Sources and Approaches to Prophetic Sira in Shiá Schoalrship’ to a group of international dar al-ulum graduates. His lecture focused on the shared heritage and different approaches Muslims employ in the study of Quran, early Muslim Historical/Sira literature and hadith literature in seeking to understand the life of the Prophet Muhammad.
The Markfield Institute grants degrees accredited by Newman University; offering BA, MA and Phd Degrees in Islamic Banking, Finance and Management, Islamic Studies and Islamic Education.
